Managing payroll in an international context

The international deployment of employees raises not only tax-related issues but also practical payroll challenges. Different countries, regulations, and responsibilities must be integrated into a single, workable system.

Nassau assists organizations in setting up and managing payroll in an international context. This includes both payroll processing and coordination among the parties involved, ensuring that international obligations are fulfilled correctly and consistently.

Where necessary, we act as an independent liaison between the employer, the payroll provider, and advisors. In this role, we ensure consistency and serve as a content filter, ensuring that only the relevant tax and mobility aspects are incorporated into the payroll. In addition, we offer the option of a confidential review of existing payroll processes, for example in cases involving sensitive matters, international structures, or internal issues.

This way, payroll is not a standalone process, but an integral and manageable part of international operations.
